Betws Ifan man fined for letting goats escape was repeatedly warned by council

Well, our neighbours in Betws Ifan have been in the news this week, and it's not for the usual reasons! It seems a local chap has been having a bit of trouble with his goats. The council had apparently warned him a few times before, so it's a bit of a shame it's ended up in this situation.
